Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your parcel, removing or covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
